To qualify, items must be:

2. Non-Refundable Items

Membership fees, subscription plans, and digital products.

Services already rendered (consultations, events, or bookings).

Discounted or promotional items, unless defective.
3. Refund Process

Customers must submit a Refund Request Form via our official website or email support.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, or e-wallet).
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, Global Swiss PH will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Shipping & Handling

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Global Swiss PH’s error.
