  • All orders are processed after payment confirmation within 3-5 business days within the Philippines and 7-21 days for international shipping depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders exceeding a specified amount.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates can be viewed through the courier’s official website.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Global Swiss PH is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international shipments.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If a package is lost or damaged during transit, Global Swiss PH will assist in filing a claim with the courier.

  • Customers must report issues within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages).
